November 19 | Seekers of Truth, Part One

Conceived by Michel de Salzmann and realized by Jean-Claude Lubtchansky, this documentary offers a rich biography of G.I. Gurdjieff — and a set of insights and questions for any sincere seeker. This evening we watch the first part, which traces Gurdjieff’s early influences, the teachers who set him on his search, and the founding of his Institute for the Harmonious Development of Man.

Questions rise as we follow his quest: How can I begin to find my purpose? What does it mean to be fully human? What is the role of the subconscious in a deeper understanding of myself? What is my aim?
